Hello everyone!

Thank you for your continued interest in our musical web site, 
"Songs of Praise by Gilberto Barreto and Friends", which is

The holidays are over.  I hope that you enjoyed them.  Things were
very peaceful here at our house.  We just stayed around the house.

As usual, there are new things available at my site...

- My wonderful wife bought me a CD creator for Christmas.  So I
  have created a new CD (the 3rd one).  You can see the list of 
  songs included at this url:

  Like the other 2 CD's, this one contains recordings of the midi
  directly from my computer.  Please tell me if you would like to
  receive one.  They are $5 each, postage included.  This just
  covers my cost to make and send them.

- Larry, Steve and I are starting work on an audio CD (with
  singing!).  It will be available in a few months.  We are 
  attempting to create a professional quality album with only 
  computers and the internet.  I'll keep you posted on our 
  progress.

And the new songs added since my last newsletter...

- "I Will Follow All The Way" (by Elton Smith, Larry Holder and
  Steve Israel).  This is our 4th song as a trio.  Our life is a
  journey best traveled with Jesus by our side.

- "How Faithful" (by Elton Smith and Larry Holder). I wrote the
  music and Larry wrote the words.  "How faithful I have found the
  love of the Lord".

- "In The Presence of Your Saints" (by Gilberto Barreto). Gilberto
  and his wife Lilia are doing well here in Plano.  

- "God's Love Makes Me New" (by Elton Smith and Elizabeth Tolson).
  We wrote this song back in December.  It is based on 2 Corinthians 
  5:17.

- Mihail Nick. Stoyalov has provided a Russian translation of 
  "He Brings The Sunshine".  I would put the Russian name here, but
  I can't figure out how to type it.  You will just have to see the
  song page.  :-)
