Subject:  Songs of Praise - Easter play coming soon  


Greetings everyone,

The new year has brought many blessings to my home and family.  I pray
that God will shower you with blessings also.

Something very exciting is happening among the web friends I work with: we
are writing an Easter play featuring several of the songs on my site, plus
several from other sites.  A few of the scenes are already completed, so I
wanted to take a moment to share this with you.  I'm sure some of you are
planning Easter activities and will be able to use what we are creating.
If not this year, then for years to come.

In addition, there are 2 new songs on my site:

(1) "Beautiful Savior", written by Peg Hardy and myself.  This is a
beautiful song that Peg started and sent me on a tape several months ago.
I will try to complete the music score soon.  Here is the url of the song

(2) "Praise Adonai", written by Rhésa Siregar, Elton Smith, Steve Israel
and Larry Holder.  Rhésa started this very exciting song by providing the
midi file and some of the words, including the title.  Larry, Steve and I
added the remaining lyrics.  This song is going to be featured as the
finale in our new Easter play.  Try to imagine the apostles looking up to
heaven as Jesus ascends singing "we lift You up, praise Adonai!".  Here is
