Greetings everyone,

I want you to know how important your feedback is.  Most of the things you
see at "Songs of Praise" were requested by someone like you along the way.
CD's, songbooks, search capability, site referral, voting for your
favorite song... and accompaniment tracks.  So many people asked for
accompaniment tracks that I have included them on the last 5 CD's.

I started looking for an easier way to deliver accompaniment tracks.  It
looks like a lot of you are enjoying Songs of Praise mp3 files, so Steve
Israel and I have gotten together and created a "Songs of Praise -
Accompaniment Tracks" page...

So far we have loaded 24 accompaniment tracks that you can download and
use in singing our songs.  Here is a list of the songs we have tracks for

Our first priority was to get the tracks for the Easter play (Resurrection
Song) in place.  Steve and I will continue adding more tracks to the site
in the future.  If you have a particular song that you need a track for,
please send me an email.

In other news, I have added two new mp3 songs to the Songs of Praise mp3
page:

- "Come Fill My Heart", a beautiful recording by Tina Arseneau.  This song
is part of our new revival play and is included in CD9.
- "Sweet Lord Jesus", recorded by Russell Adams with instrumentals and
harmony vocals by Ronnie Winstead.  This song was written by Russell and
is also included in CD9.
