Art and Image Permissions
Most images on this site are copyrighted by the author, though a few are public domain.
The following permissions apply to the copyrighted images in Stock Photos and Vacation Pictures.
You may use an Image:
- In digital format on websites, multimedia presentations, cell phones.
- In printed promotional materials, magazines, newspapers, books, brochures, flyers, CD/DVD covers, etc.
- On business cards, letterhead, etc.
- To decorate your home, office or any public place.
You may NOT use an Image:
- For pornographic, unlawful or other immoral purposes, for spreading
hate or discrimination, or to defame or victimize anyone.
- To endorse products and services.
- In a way that would harm the reputation of Songs of Praise or the person(s) depicted on the Image.
- As part of a trademark, service mark or logo.
- As part of an online collection of images.
- You may not sell these images or redistribution for resale by a third party.
If you want to use an image on your web site, do not reference the
image on this site in your html. This is called bandwidth theft.
Instead, copy the image to your computer and resize it as needed, then
upload it to your web server and reference it there. A link to Songs
of Praise is greatly appreciated:
